How long does it take to get a response to a request?
- The Agency has 10 business days to respond to every request, per R.I. Gen. Laws § 38-2-3. This time period can be extended to twenty (20) business days if the voluminous nature of the request, the number of requests for records pending, or the difficulty in searching for and retrieving or copying the requested records is such that additional time is necessary.
Can I request my personal records for Unemployment Insurance, Temporary Disability/Caregiver Insurance, or Worker's Compensation benefits?
